Teboho Sokopo (born 13 April 1996) is a South African rapper and songwriter better known by Slum Ricci and Keemo Banks (formally). Born and raised in Soweto, Gqeberha,Eastern Cape, Slum Ricci rose to fame with his breakthrough Mixtape "Fresh Prince of Jbay" released in 2020, which was streamed over a million across all platforms.[1][2]
In April 27 2023, Slum Ricci releases his drill song titled Love Story under his former pseudenym, Keemo Bankz.[3][4] which gave his second biggest streamed song.
In 2025 he was recognized by a talent agent and signed a partnership[5] before his was compromised by cyberhangers on the internet and claim his Keemo Banks brand and lost access to it. He was forced to rebrand to the new name, Slum Ricci[6][7] and he announced that he's writing his debut crime drama book, titled The Emperor:The rising of an Empire.
