The plaintiff says the defendant went into his personal bank accounts and fraudulently spent his money. He also says she owes him for rent money, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff gave him instructions to access his accounts so she could help him improve his credit.

I believe she ran up his cards and stole money, but when the judge asked why she would do that he wouldn't acknowledge that she was punishing him. Abusing credit and blowing through money that isn't yours is a character flaw, but the judge wasnt trying to hear that.
